CONNACT商業智慧系統(CONNACT Business Intelligence, CBI)為整合公司內部數據系統及外部數據庫後,進行備貨、存貨分析以及擬定整個產品生命週期的生產和銷售計畫,並可即時產生快速的分析報表以提供決策依據參考,進而達到最高效率的資金、貨物周轉以及最大化利潤。CBI系統的主要三大應用為:

The CONNACT Business Intelligence system integrates the company’s internal data system and external databases to perform stock preparation, inventory analysis, and to formulate production and sales plans for the entire product life cycle. It can generates rapid analytics reports in real time as decision basis and therefore we

can achieve the most efficient capital and goods turnover and maximize profits.

1. 即時資訊視覺化(Realtime Data Visualization)


傳統公司經營常以季度甚至年度統計報表,甚或是顧客的需求及銷量為導向,進行產品的再設計與銷售模式變更,甚或是蒐集合作廠商的外部銷售量統計資訊作為內部決策依據,而備貨量均是採用過往的經驗去推測未來季度或是年度的方式進行,進而常遇到廠商端囤貨或備貨量預測偏差導致過高的庫存,進而降低庫存週轉率,同時佔用了大量的資金進而影響資本獲利率。

Traditional company often redesign products and change sales models based on quarterly or even annual statistical reports, or even customer demand and sales. The estimated stocking volume is based on the sales volume statistics of the partners and the past experience is adopted to estimate the future quarterly or annual sales volume. In turn, forecast deviation results in excessive inventory and leads to the inventory turnover rate reduction, and a large amount of funds will be taken up and it affects ROA(return on assets).


CBI系統應用特色之一為數據分析的即時性及自動化,即時報告 (Realtime Reporting)及報表自動化 (Report Automation)協助相關人員得以隨時監控成效並做出即時的處理,目前採取的監控週期為7天。舉例而言,CBI系統於行銷面的應用為藉由取自於Facebook以及CONNACT官網的顧客資料,進行結構性分類及分析及數據深度學習,作為廣告及官網著陸頁的優化判斷依據,進而於廣告層面針對不同使用者投放其最適當的內容,於著陸頁介紹商品或服務時,針對不同的使用者採用因應其背景的最佳介紹方式,進而達到最大化訂單轉換效益。

One of the application features of the CBI system is instantaneous and automated data analysis. Realtime Reporting and Report Automation help relevant personnel monitor the results and optimize them at any time.

For example, the application of the CBI system in marketing ,based on the customer data of Facebook and CONNACT official websites, is to perform structural classification, analysis and data deep learning as the basis for the optimization of advertising and official website landing pages.

Ads can target users of different backgrounds with the most appropriate content. When introducing products or services on the landing page, adjust the best introduction method for users of different backgrounds to maximize order conversion efficiency

The CONNACT Business Intelligence (CBI) integrates the company's internal data systems and external databases to performs stock preparation and inventory analysis. It provides real-time, rapid, and integrated decision-making information for the sales plan in the whole product life cycle.

2. 總控資料管理( Master data management, MDM)


CONNACT總控資料系統採用多套內、外部系統結合,包含CONNACT內部自建系統、微軟Dynamic 365及Goolge G suite,資料來源(Data sources)的主要數據渠道有CONNACT官網、CONNACT內部的供應鏈系統、Facebook數據庫、Google數據庫和Cyberbiz數據庫,用以收集供應商所有金物流和製造資訊以及各種顧客結構性數據,並紀錄於CONNACT內部的企業數據倉儲 ( Data warehouse)以作為後續的多樣化應用。

The CONNACT master control data system comprises multiple internal and external systems, including CONNACT’s internal self-built system, Microsoft Dynamic 365 and Goolge G suite. The main channels for data sources include the CONNACT official website, CONNACT’s internal supply chain system, Facebook database, Google database and Cyberbiz database. Collect all the supplier's payment flow, logistics and manufacturing information and various customer structural data, and record them in the enterprise data warehouse (Data warehouse) inside CONNACT for subsequent multiple applications.



3. 數據導向決策 (Data-driven Decision Making)


數據導向決策藉由總控資料系統取得之所有原始資料,進行資料的存取-轉換-載入(Extract-Transform-Load, ETL)處理,進而產出分析圖表協助於產品開發、行銷活動以及產品製造、運輸、銷售以及營運端達成精準控制的目標,

其他應用方面亦可用於進行數據預測 (Predictive analytics),藉由大數據取樣分析技術精準定義本地或特定外部市場規模後,精準產出年度存、備貨生產分析報告,協助業務及倉管人員進行貨物控制。並在銷售產品的同時,藉由大數據技術持續監督銷售流程及分析顧客資料,並藉由數據為輔持續優化行銷所需素材,進而在整個銷售週期都維持極高的訂單轉換率。

Data-driven Decision Making uses all the original data obtained by the master control data system to perform data access-transform-load (Extract-Transform-Load, ETL) processing. Output analysis charts assist in precise control of product development, manufacturing, transportation, marketing and sales.

It can also be used for predictive analytics. After accurately determining the local or specific external market scale with big data sampling and analysis technology, it can accurately produce annual inventory production analysis reports to assist business and warehouse department in stock control.

While selling products, we use big data technology to continuously monitor the sales process and analyze customer data, and use data as a supplement to continuously optimize the materials required for marketing, thereby maintaining a very high order conversion rate throughout the sales cycle.
